KADIN ALEXANDER — “SEED” | OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE FOR RELEASE NOVEMBER 5, 2026 THE COURAGE TO LET GO OLIVE BRANCH, MISSISSIPPI — November 5, 2026. Sixteen-year-old singer-songwriter Kadin Alexander introduces his first original single, “Seed,” a reflective song about change, uncertainty, and the courage to leave familiar places behind. The song began with a simple idea: a leaf on a branch, afraid to let go. As Alexander developed the story, the leaf became a seed. That transformation shifted the meaning of the song from an ending to the possibility of a new beginning. Inspired in part by friends approaching graduation, “Seed” captures the tension between holding on to the people and places that have shaped us and wondering what comes next. Its message also speaks to anyone navigating a move, a farewell, or a new season of life. Alexander’s musical identity is grounded in intimate acoustic arrangements, meaningful lyrics, and a peaceful folk-inspired sound. His influences include The Arcadian Wild, Tors, and John Michael Howell. Based near Memphis, Alexander has been developing his live performance experience through appearances at the Mississippi Ale House, performing solo and with fellow musicians. He hopes to expand into additional Mid-South venues in 2027. “Seed” is an introduction to the kind of original music he hopes to create: thoughtful, story-driven songs that give listeners room to slow down and reflect.
